FINE TUNE YOUR COMFORT
Need to adjust your aerobar stack in smaller increments? The AeroCoach micro adjust spacer kit allows you to increase or decrease stack height over a smaller range than typical 5mm or 10mm changes, letting you fine tune your preferred stack height for comfort and aerodynamics. The spacers are universally compatible with slotted channels to accommodate different bolt mounting widths.FROM 2MM TO 12MM STACK ADJUSTMENT - 9 COMBINATIONS
Included in each pack are 2x 5mm spacers, 2x 3mm spacers and 4x 2mm spacers. Each spacer is 50mm long and 16.5mm wide. Made from SLS printed nylon, this gives the following stack ranges each side by using an assortment of the supplied kit
2mm (1x 2mm spacer)
3mm (1x 3mm spacer)
4mm (2x 2mm spacers)
5mm (1x 5mm spacer)
7mm (1x 5mm spacer + 1x 2mm spacer)
8mm (1x 5mm spacer + 1x 3mm spacer)
9mm (1x 5mm spacer + 2x 2mm spacers)
10mm (1x 5mm spacer + 1x 3mm spacer + 1x 2mm spacer)
12mm (1x 5mm spacer + 1x 3mm spacer + 2x 2mm spacers)
INSTALLATION
Simply remove your current aerobar stack and add AeroCoach spacers as required.LONGER/SHORTER BOLTS MAY BE NECESSARY - THESE ARE NOT SUPPLIED WITH THE MICRO ADJUST KIT
Spacers can be placed at the top or bottom of the aerobar stack - please refer to the aerobar manufacturers instructions for correct torque settings when tightening up the aerobars.
