AeroCoach aerobar extension clamps for 31.8mm round handlebars
upgrade your road bike with 31.8mm stem to use aerobar extensions.
Two clamps are placed either side of the stem on a 31.8mm round section of the handlebar, with the ability to increase stack in 10mm increments using optional spacers. Using our pole clamp on top you can mount Angles extensions and Align Wing arm rests, or an industry standard 22.2mm extension.
Extension angle can be adjusted by rotating the clamp around the 31.8mm handlebar - optional Angles extensions can also be purchased in 25deg, 35deg or 45deg.
The external width of each 31.8mm clamp is 17mm - you must ensure there is adequate 31.8mm round section either side of your stem for the clamps to fit. We recommend a minimum of 90mm width of 31.8mm round section including the stem clamp area.
ALIGN WING CARBON ARM RESTS

ANGLES CARBON EXTENSIONS
The AeroCoach extension clamps are designed to work with any industry-standard 22.2mm diameter extensions, including our Angles carbon extensions. For details of Angles carbon extensions, please see HERE.
COMPUTER MOUNTS
The AeroCoach Garmin or Wahoo computer mounts are designed to fit the elliptical cross section of our Angles carbon extensions, as well as coming with an adapter for use with normal round 22.2mm extensions. There is also an additional shim included to help tilt the GPS computer when using Angles extensions that have been adjusted inwards.
Each mount comes with a round adapter, tilt shim and two cable ties.

New Zealand orders:
We aim to process all orders the same day they’re received. Deliveries are made by CourierPost or Aramex, and tracking details will be automatically emailed once your order has been dispatched. Please note that courier delivery times can vary depending on your location and courier network performance.
International orders:
We love sending gear across borders—but please be aware that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply once your parcel reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary between regions. We recommend checking your local customs or border services website before ordering.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
For higher-value items (over $75), we recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
