New Zealand orders:
We aim to process all orders the same day they’re received. Deliveries are made by CourierPost or Aramex, and tracking details will be automatically emailed once your order has been dispatched. Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
For higher-value items (over $75), we recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
