Used in conjunction with the D2Z Pole Clamp (or Interface plate – currently unavailable), our angled shims will adjust the angle of your poles and arm rests.
As pioneers of the trend that has seen increasing numbers of riders tilting their arm rests, more and more manufacturers are integrating this tilting ability into the bike. For those that do not have such an integrated angling system, we have designed our angled shims to be used in conjunction with the D2Z pole clamp or interface pate to angle the pole/arm rest system. New Zealand orders:
We aim to process all orders the same day they’re received. Deliveries are made by CourierPost or Aramex, and tracking details will be automatically emailed once your order has been dispatched. Please note that courier delivery times can vary depending on your location and courier network performance.
International orders:
We love sending gear across borders—but please be aware that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply once your parcel reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary between regions. We recommend checking your local customs or border services website before ordering.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
For higher-value items (over $75), we recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item without tracking.
